Kota Park
On our visit on March 22nd, we had the chance to visit a beach and park used by the locals. Now this beach is not secluded like the beaches on Santa Fe but its a very nice beach with lots of room to roam in the sea. If you like to rub elbows with the locals, this is the place to go.
It is located on the southern tip of the Island in Madridejos Bay near Madridejos town. A strong typhoon blew threw May of 2008 and did quite a bit of damage and the facilities have not been fully restored. But nothing that should cause you to enjoy the place any less. There is a bay-walk and the last section of it had to be closed due to significant damage. It is still very enjoyable to walk down that way.

The water is crystal clear as always and the sand as powder white as you could ever desire. This is a public park, t here is no fee to use it but donations are asked for. If you donate, you can enter your name into a guest book. You can bring all the food in you like with no corkage fee! The donation can be whatever you like or nothing but I hope you’ll help the local towns people to rebuild their facility with P20 to P100 donation. More if you like.
I enjoyed the kids, fishing with only a hook and string or building their sail boats, often out of trash. I noticed one sail boat build from wood and painted!
Beautiful Filipina at Kota Park

I’m not sure what’s going on in Bantayan Island or why they have so many pretty ladies but the place is packed with them! The Philippines has the most beautiful women on the planet. Bantayan Island has the most beautiful Filipina in the Philippines!
I throughly enjoyed my visit to Kota Park.

What a beautiful place to live! Laid back island life… love the bay walk area, reminiscing my youth days… I love those little fish’s, good for ‘”paksiw” (cook in vinegar, garlic, onions & hot pepper yummy….. You made me hungry!!!!
I was surprised to see them catching so many.
You just eat them bones and and all? I’m guessing they are not dried first?
Yeah it i s a beautiful plance. I wont be able to go this month, not sure about next month. I sure hate budgets! I guess most of us must live within them. I wish I had Donald Trump’s money.
Rusty,
Great site & if you get the island tour business up let me know as would be interested in going there next time I’m over as Cebu was impressive.
Prices there seem half that of Boracay.
Have you thought off moving there full time from Bogo as you seem to really like the place?
Spent two weeks in the Philipines last October & had two totally different experiences.
Detested Manilla hell on earth & spent a week there & in the Bicol provinces visiting my wife’s family. Grew up in the countryside & lovely people with everyone going out of there way for you, but no privacy. I enjoy private time even from my beautiful huniko, but Filipino’s seem very communal.
2nd week with just my wife in Cebu & Boracay was amazing.
Keep taking the pics of the beautiful girls as long as Jessie allows you & look after yourself as I enjoy the posts.

Sometimes, I get Jessie to take them for me these days. I usually do it myself but if the girl seems shy, Jessie can take it when I can’t. Bantayan Island provides an abundant number of models.
Yes, I would like to live there. Saw a home tehre for sale, about $100,000 on the beach. Lot of money by Philippine standards but not much compared to Western standards. Nice large home. On a retirement income, its out of my price range.
I want to visit Manila. I would probably like it but not all of it. Stuuck in trafic isn’t so great and that’s getting to be a problem north of Cebu City.
I need to talk to an attorney to find out if I can open a business. I can if I hire five people but I have to find out what hiring five people means. I can’t hire five full time people. I would rather do the business myself but if I can’t, I’ll look into helping Jessie doing it. I can’t do it in her name, the officials are not that stupid. It amazes me that people think government officials don’t know a sham when they see one.
I’ve got a couple of guides lined up already. I also want to visit more of the places myself so I know what they places have from first hand experience.
Thanks for the encouragement!
